Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Michinori Date!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mark Noble!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Sam Margolis and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Date darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Noble shoots and misses
and Date moves into the clinch.
Noble is trying to pull guard but Date has him pressed against the cage.
Date lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Date lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Noble.
Date lands with a right to the head.
Noble is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Date to keep the fight standing.
Michinori Date has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Noble.
Date lands a body punch.
Noble looks winded!
Date lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Date lands a nice shot to the body.
Date lands with a right to the head.
Date slowing the pace effectively.
Noble fails to pull guard.
Noble's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Date throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Nobles head.
Date lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

Date breaks the clinch.
Noble closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
It looks like Mark Noble has been cut.
Noble takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Noble walks into a stiff left hand from Date.
Date cracks Noble with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Noble looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Date finish him?
Noble is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Date changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Noble is still on wobbly legs! Can Date finish him?
Date lands a right hook to the body.
Noble seems to have recovered his senses.
Date uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Date scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Date lands a big uppercut and Noble crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Noble looks OK. Date waves Noble back to his feet!
Noble is rocked!
That has opened up Mark Noble's cut even more.
Noble ducks into an uppercut from Date and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Michinori Date!
