The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Phol closes the distance and pushes Nury back into the cage.
Phol lands a body shot.

Nury pushes off an throws an elbow but Phol leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

I was talking to Nury's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Nury throws a knee to the head but misses.

Phol lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Phol blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Phol is leaning against Nury and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Phol lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Nury backwards.
Nury's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Phol pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Phol drops Nury with a naaaaasty hook - Nury is in real trouble here! Phol dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
