The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kivipato misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kivipato darts in trying to clinch
and Klitschco counters with a right hand to the body.
Kivipato throws a head kick that misses
and Klitschco counters with a crisp right hand that drops Kivipato! Klitschco lets Kivipato back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Kivipato is rocked!
It looks like Mikko Kivipato has been cut.
Mikko Kivipato seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Klitschco cracks a nice hook into Kivipato's ribs.
Kivipato is still on wobbly legs! Can Klitschco finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kivipato drops his hands for a split second and Klitschco immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Kivipato face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Klitschco follows up with a right hand that knocks Kivipato into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
