PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Warren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Singleterry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Singleterry looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Singleterry tries to clinch up.

Warren clinches up with Singleterry and pushes him back against the cage.
Singleterry is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Warren gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Warren manages to break the clinch.

Warren feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Warren is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Singleterry has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Warren is looking to defend but Singleterry has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Warren! Singleterry pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Warren taps out and this one is all over!
