Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Starr scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Outlaw looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
You can see the frustration on Outlaw's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Outlaw definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Starr controls the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Outlaw is looking for a sweep.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Outlaw is trying to work for a sweep but Starr has mounted him!
Starr forces the positional change into back control.
Starr trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Outlaw doesn't escape.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Outlaw wants to escape the position.
Outlaw is squirming around looking to escape but he's just wriggling himself into more trouble. Starr sinks in the hooks and manages to tighten his grip on a rear naked choke. Outlaw has no choice but to tap and Starr jumps to his feet to celebrate and slick submission win!
