The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vidal shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Sue slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Vidal throwing strikes from guard but Sue blocks nicely.
Vidal trying to control the position from guard on top but Sue is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Sue wants to sweep here but Vidal controlling him for the moment.

Sue utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Vidal has a takedown stuffed.
Vidal walks into a straight right hand from Sue.
Bobbi Sue seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sue lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Sue paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Sue throws a series of punches but Vidal moves out of range.

Sue catches Vidal with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

and Vidal takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Sue dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Vidal looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Vidal is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sue sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Sue lands a jab.

Sue effectively controlling the action here.
Vidal jumps guard but Sue stands there with Vidal around his waist. Vidal gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Bobbi Sue has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pablo Vidal .
Sue pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Vidal on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Vidal throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
As Vidal looks to move away, Sue throws a big counter combo but Vidal just gets out of the way.
Vidal walks into a stiff left hand from Sue.
Bobbi Sue is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Sue clobbers Vidal with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Sue lands a jab to the head.
Vidal takes one to the side of the head.
Vidal is rocked!
Sue fakes the body blow, causing Vidal to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Vidal goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
