The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tybura cracks Simon with an uppercut from hell and Simon crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Tybura's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

It looks like Eldridge Simon has been cut.
Tybura trying to control but Simon is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Simon wants to get back to his feet but Tybura is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Tybura postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Simon covers up, he's hurt! Tybura keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Tybura and the ref steps in to end the fight! Tybura can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
