PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yahweh Falwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Enrico Ciccone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Falwell comes to the cage accompanied by Don't Stop Believing. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Falwell.
Falwell looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Falwell gets caught flat footed, as Ciccone shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Ciccone is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Ciccone drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Ciccone seems to have locked his on tight now - Falwell screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Ciccone, as he picks up the win!

In defeat, Yahweh Falwell stepped up to the mic, saying 'Hasa diga eebowai. I guess I didn't pray hard enough, or maybe prayed too much. I bet if I rolled more instead of praying, I might have learned to defend submissions. I guess it's God's will. But to quote George Carlin: "If it's God's will and he's going to do what he wants to anyway, why'.
