Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between George Grendel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and douglas veloso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grendel comes to the cage accompanied by I Can't Help It. veloso is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Animal I have become. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that douglas veloso was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
veloso takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Grendel scores with a three punch combo!
Grendel scores with a one two! veloso had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
veloso looks for a takedown but Grendel sprawls well.
Grendel fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
veloso fails with an attempt to clinch.
veloso shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Grendel pinned against the cage. Grendel gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Grendel misses with a few strikes there.
Grendel cracks veloso with a right hand to the side of the head.
veloso throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Grendel scores with a jab to the head.
veloso fails with a takedown attempt.
George Grendel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of douglas veloso.

veloso takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Grendel lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Grendel ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Grendel throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent veloso stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
No joy there for Grendel, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
veloso seems to have recovered his senses.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
veloso shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

veloso walks into a stiff left hand from Grendel.
Grendel lands with a right that hurts veloso. veloso looks to clinch but Grendel throws a short knee that drops veloso. This one is all over!
