The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macahan tries to clinch
and Wright counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Macahan thinking.
Macahan on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Macahan misses with a few strikes there.
Wright lands a jab.
Wright throws a right and a left that Macahan avoids nicely.
Macahan was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
A lazy left from Macahan finds it's target.
Macahan takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Wright feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Macahan sprawling to the canvas! Macahan rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Wright finish him?!

It looks like Lucas Macahan has been cut.

Macahan fails with a takedown attempt.
Wright connects with a good right hand that stumbles Macahan. Macahan circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Macahan misses with a jab, cross combination.
Oh Macahan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Wright counters with a nice body shot.
Macahan is breathing heavily.
Wright drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Macahan right on the button. Macahan goes down! Wright follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Wright gets the win via TKO!
