The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Ben Hemmingworth and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Downs scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Tszyu kicks Downs off and gets back to his feet.
Tszyu closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Downs's guard.
Downs controls Tszyu momentarily but Tszyu frees himself.
Downs could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Downs looking for a sweep. Not yet Downs, not yet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Downs looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Downs not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Downs wants to sweep but no luck.
Downs is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Tszyu frees his head nicely. Oh but Downs has switched to an armbar! Tszyu is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
