Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Marques (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Edwards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Edwards comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Hello Zepp kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Pablo Marques looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edwards misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Marques lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Justin Edwards has been cut.
Edwards lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Edwards.

It looks like Pablo Marques has been cut.
Marques stuffs the takedown attempt from Edwards. Edwards gets slowly back to his feet.

Marques decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Marques not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Marques is trying to work for a kimura but Edwards is defending well.
Marques really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Edwards is looking for a sweep. Marques is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Edwards moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Edwards utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Marques in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Marques is breathing heavily.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Edwards is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Edwards rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Marques moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Edwards throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Marques walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

and Edwards counters with a shoot takedown. Marques fights it but they end up in guard.

Marques is working an open guard so Edwards takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Edwards lands with a shot to the body.

Marques tries to keep at a distance but Edwards has taken the fight into the clinch.

Edwards has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Marques clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The referee is taking a good look at Marques as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Edwards!
Edwards lands strikes to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Edwards lands shots from the back.
Marques is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

Edwards working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Marques is doing well to defend. Edwards seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Marques is forced to tap and this one is over!
