Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Piero Paniccia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Can Crusher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Crusher moves into range and clinches up with Paniccia.
Paniccia tries to throw a body punch but Crusher avoids it by throwing Paniccia back against the cage.
Crusher tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Paniccia struggles to land a body shot inside as Crusher controls his hands.
Paniccia swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Crusher lands a takedown into guard.
Crusher trying to stand up but can't free himself from Paniccia's guard.
Paniccia bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Crusher's guard.

Paniccia postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Paniccia working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Paniccia passes Crusher's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Paniccia is trying for a kimura here. Crusher looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Paniccia wins by kimura!
