As Drago backs off Simpson throws a huge counter combo but Drago manages to avoid it all.

Drago shoots in for a takedown but Simpson shows good takedown defense.
Simpson is looking for the big counter here.
Simpson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Simpson wants it to stay on the feet.

Drago looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Simpson pushes Drago away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Drago gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Drago thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Drago tries for a kimura but Simpson is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Drago is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Simpson has escaped the position, nice work there.

Drago has hold of Simpson's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Simpson seems comfortable defending it but Drago has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Simpson is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Simpson is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Drago couldn't care less - he's delighted!
