Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between JerryCurl Slick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wandell Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Griffin comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Original Techno Viking kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slick shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Griffin pinned against the cage. Griffin gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Slick shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Griffin but Griffin pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Slick lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Slick is stalling here. Griffin is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Slick seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Griffin has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Griffin tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Griffin has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
