Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Lennox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). William Lennox is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tommy Wolf!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, William Lennox!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Russell Pearce and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lennox looks to land a body kick but Wolf moved away.
Wolf shoots in looking for a takedown. Lennox tries to sprawl out of it but Wolf keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lennox manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Lennox darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wolf is trying to get back to full guard.
Lennox tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lennox thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Wolf's head.
Wolf wants to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wolf is working hard here to advance position.

Lennox is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Wolf doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Lennox.
Lennox is looking to take a break and control but Wolf is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Wolf wants to get back to his feet.
Wolf is concentrating on defense, preventing Lennox from advancing position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Wolf is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Lennox's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Lennox's back!

Lennox is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Wolf is staying active.
Lennox rolls, trying to escape but Wolf keeps control of the position.

Wolf lands strikes to the head.
Wolf lands a shot to the head.
Lennox is trying to break free.
Wolf avoiding Lennox 's attempts to control his hands.
Wolf loading up with punches from the back mount - how long can Lennox hold on?

Lennox defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Wolf's arms.
Wolf biding his time, looking for the opening.

Lennox wants to get back to his feet.
Wolf lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Wolf.
Good control from Wolf.
You can see the frustration on Lennox's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lennox pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lennox scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Wolf doesn't seem bothered though.

Lennox closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Wolf blocks a body shot from Lennox.
Wolf has Lennox pressed against the cage, preventing Lennox from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Lennox tightens his grip and picks Wolf up, before dumping him to the ground. Wolf manages to land in guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lennox is looking to work some ground and pound but Wolf has wrist control.
Lennox pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Wolf is keeping the position for now.
Wolf pulls Lennox in close to his closed guard and prevents Lennox from doing any damage or advancing position.

Lennox wants to stand but Wolf is controlling his posture from full guard.

Wolf has Lennox pulled in close to control his posture.
Wolf wants to stand but Lennox is controlling the position.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Lennox circles away from the clinch attempt
and Lennox makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Lennox throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Wolf was covering up waiting for the punch and Lennox finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Wolf looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Wolf has control of Lennox's left arm, preventing Lennox from doing any damage.
Wolf is striking from the bottom but Lennox uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.
Lennox missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Lennox trying to pass the guard but Wolf defending well.
Wolf is not content to let Lennox control the position.
Tommy Wolf overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Wolf works his way to full guard. Good work.
Wolf trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Lennox trying to control the position from guard on top but Wolf is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Lennox tries to stand but Wolf is controlling from the bottom.
Wolf looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

Wolf pushes Lennox off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Lennox throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Wolf tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Lennox is in Wolf's guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Wolf manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Lennox is trying to push Wolf away but Wolf has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Wolf breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Wolf instigates a clinch.
Lennox wants to get back to striking at distance but Wolf won't allow it.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Lennox jumps into guard, dragging Wolf to the mat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lennox looking for a triangle here. Wolf is fighting it but it looks tight! Lennox pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Wolf is tapping out - this one is all over!
