Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Federico Curry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ching Lai Wu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Federico Curry has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Federico Curry seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Curry gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Wu to score an easy takedown into full guard.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Horrible takedown attempt by Wu or perhaps it was just good defense by Curry, which made it look bad.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Wu in particular looking to stall.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Curry stuffs the takedown attempt from Wu. Wu gets slowly back to his feet.

Ching Lai Wu has got the better of the ground game so far.

Wu got a little sloppy there for a moment and Curry has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Wu has managed to get both his arms back between Curry's legs - danger averted.

Curry really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
