And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kai Kha!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kha scores with a jab to the body.

And Kroblur counters with a quick kick to the body but Kha blocks it.
Kroblur shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kha but Kha pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Kha lands with a kick to the temple. Kroblur shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Kha connects with a leg kick. Kroblur looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Kroblur's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kha connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kroblur scrambles back to his feet.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Kha checks a leg kick.

Kroblur tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kha defends well and Kroblur ends up having to push Kha into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Kai Kha seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kha throws a solid leg kick but Kroblur takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Kha.

Kroblur seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Kha fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Kha lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kha tries to bum rush Kroblur with a series of wild strikes but Kroblur uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kha does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Kroblur fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Kha checks it well.

The fighters circle momentarily. Kha darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Kha throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kroblur on the side of the head.
Kha has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
