Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Urban throws a head kick but Wallace moves out of range.
Urban wants to slow Wallace down by chopping away at his legs.

Urban looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Wallace!

Wallace sneaks out the side door and pushes Urban away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Urban darts in and clinches Wallace up against the cage.

Wallace is looking to stand up but Urban won't let him.

Urban working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Wallace doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Wallace manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Urban has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Wallace looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Urban is fending him off so far but Wallace persists. Nope, Urban circles away and we're back to standing.
Wallace shoots in but Urban avoids the takedown attempt easily.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Urban is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Wallace's half guard.

Wallace manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Wallace tries for a takedown but Urban sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Wallace shoots in looking for a takedown but Urban manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Wallace's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Urban lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Wallace tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Urban presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Wallace has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Urban 's lack of action.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Urban rushes Wallace and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Urban has had enough of the clinch but Wallace keeps him there for the moment.
Urban has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Urban tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Wallace avoids it.

Urban has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Wallace has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Urban trying to control the position from guard on top but Wallace is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wallace wants to stand but Urban is controlling the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Wallace manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Urban on his heels. He'll look to pass Urban 's guard now, I'm sure.

Urban pushes Wallace off and scrambles back to his feet.

Urban closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Wallace to the mat! Wallace manages to get full guard.
Urban slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Urban is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Wallace looks calm but he's in trouble here. Urban gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Wallace is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Urban lets go of the hold and Wallace can pop his arm back in it's socket.
