Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alvaro Hendrix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oscar Gutierrez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gutierrez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Booyaka 619 kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gutierrez throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hendrix really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Hendrix tries a head kick but it misses.
Gutierrez wants to counter with a clinch but Hendrix pushes him away.
Hendrix throws a sloppy head kick and Gutierrez moves out of range easily.
Gutierrez throws a series of punches but Hendrix avoids them all with ease.
Gutierrez throws the left hand but Hendrix avoids the punch easily.
Hendrix tries to clinch but Gutierrez is having none of it.

It looked like Hendrix was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gutierrez looks to land a right hand but Hendrix moved out of range.
Hendrix went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Hendrix tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Gutierrez manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Hendrix misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gutierrez fails to land with a series of punches.
As Gutierrez looks to move away, Hendrix throws a big counter combo but Gutierrez just gets out of the way.

Gutierrez moves into the clinch.
Gutierrez makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Hendrix tries to pull guard but Gutierrez forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Gutierrez lands with a left to the head.
Hendrix is trying to pull guard but Gutierrez has him pressed against the cage.
Hendrix is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Gutierrez to keep the fight standing.

Hendrix has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Gutierrez avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Oh Hendrix is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hendrix tries to pull guard but Gutierrez forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Gutierrez lands a big right hand that drops Hendrix! The killer instinct kicks in and Gutierrez finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Gutierrez!
