Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Jr Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caspar Creel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Caspar Creel is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Paul Jr Mack!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Caspar Creel!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Michael Johnstone and Dirk Anderson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Creel enables Mack to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Creel manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Creel looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Creel is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Creel is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Mack thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Creel shoots for a double leg takedown but Mack sprawls well. He's pushed Creel's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Mack really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Mack throws a wild body kick that Creel sees coming a mile off.

Creel shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mack as he jumps to the side.
Mack throws a big counter combination but Creel scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

As Mack backs off Creel throws a huge counter combo but Mack manages to avoid it all.
Mack throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Creel is defended easily by Mack.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Caspar Creel will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Mack tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Creel was well out of range. Poor timing from Mack.
Mack throws a series of punches but Creel avoids them all with ease.
Creel looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Mack wants to clinch up but Creel keeps it at a distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mack looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Mack bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Creel's head backwards.

Creel lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Creel has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Mack uses from the top position.

Mack bucks up and tries to throw Creel off but instead Creel has got his back!
Mack knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Creel on the ground.

Caspar Creel showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
