Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rei Moi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abdul Khalab (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Moi tries to score a power double leg takedown but Khalab sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Moi somewhat.

Moi jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Khalab walks away with a smile on his face. Moi gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Moi looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Moi takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Moi throws a leg kick but Khalab sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Abdul Khalab seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Khalab works Moi's body with a nice hook.
Khalab feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Moi sprawling to the canvas! Moi rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Khalab finish him?!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Khalab pounces like a tiger and cracks Moi with a vicious hook! Moi is down but not out! Khalab follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
