Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Toucan Sam!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sam tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sam throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Darrow changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sam looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Sam tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Sam takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Darrow has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Sam is looking to reverse the position.

Darrow stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Darrow throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Sam was covering up waiting for the punch and Darrow finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Sam is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Darrow dives into side control.

Sam really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Darrow. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Darrow thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Sam on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
A lull in the action here as Darrow stalls from top position.
Darrow seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Sam for as long as he can get away with.
Sam is looking to regain half guard here but Darrow keeps moving and retains side control.

Darrow staying calm.

Darrow decides to stand up, so the ref orders Sam to his feet.
Sam tries to clinch there but Darrow circles away.
Darrow throws a head kick but Sam moves out of range.
Darrow moves out of range as Sam strikes.
Darrow seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Darrow shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Sam has a hand on Darrow's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Darrow takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

Darrow unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Sam wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Darrow celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
