The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
kerr swinging wilding here.
kerr tries to clinch there but Morris circles away.
kerr lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

kerr moves into range and clinches up with Morris.
Morris goes for a takedown in the clinch but kerr prevents it.

kerr breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Morris decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Morris thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed kerr's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

kerr has one foot on Morris's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Morris shoots for a double leg takedown but kerr sprawls well. He's pushed Morris's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Morris counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

kerr is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Morris is staying active.

Morris has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can kerr defend it? Morris steps over the head and cranks it - kerr is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Morris!
