Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rancho Wildslap!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wildslap instigates a clinch.
Kirkland has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Kirkland wants to break the clinch but can't.
Kirkland looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Wildslap manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Wildslap isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Kirkland stacks Wildslap on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Kirkland!

Wildslap is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kirkland is aware though and is defending well.

Wildslap has his foot on Kirkland's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kirkland works his way back into a safe position though.

The referee asks Kirkland politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Kirkland prefers to stall for the moment though.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Kirkland is having to fend off submission attempts from Wildslap, who is looking to sink in the choke. Wildslap doesn't have the hooks in though and Kirkland manages to reverse position! He's now on top, in his opponent's guard.
Wildslap manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kirkland manages to get himself to full guard.

Kirkland wants to stand and escape but Wildslap is having none of it.

Rancho Wildslap comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Wildslap has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
