Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Abdul Leon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Dice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Abdul Leon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Nate Dice!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dice looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Leon!

Dice decides to stand up, so the ref orders Leon to his feet.

Dice throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Leon was covering up waiting for the punch and Dice finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Leon controls Dice momentarily but Dice frees himself.
Dice keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Leon's head.

Dice gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Dice closes this distance looking for a takedown but Leon circles away.
Dice throws a sloppy head kick and Leon moves out of range easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Dice feints and as Leon raises his hands in defense, Dice changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Leon is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Dice drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Leon dives on top into guard.

Leon postures up.
Dice seems keen to control Leon's posture.
Dice controls Leon momentarily but Leon frees himself.
Dice has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Leon has passed into side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Leon lands a decent elbow from side control.

Leon tries for a kimura but Dice is defending well.
Dice is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Leon off and has taken his back!
Leon can't escape the position.

Dice looking for the RNC.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Leon is trying to get back to his feet but Dice has full control of the position and if anything, Leon has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Dice has the hooks in. Leon is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Leon covers up after that shot from Dice.

Leon defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Dice's arms.

Dice is cranking Leon's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Leon! He's tightened the choke and Leon is tapping out!
