Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Manu Tuilagi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kingsley Nasir!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Donatello Bradman and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tuilagi has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Nasir finds it's way round the side to connect with Tuilagi's head.
Nasir misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tuilagi.
A little feinted left hand from Tuilagi on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Nasir works the jab nicely.
Nice cross by Tuilagi.
Nasir walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Tuilagi checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Tuilagi changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Nasir throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Nasir throws a shot from downtown. Tuilagi moves away and avoids it.
Nasir throws a sloppy body shot
and Tuilagi counters with a nice uppercut.
Decent striking displayed by Nasir there.
Tuilagi loads up on a big right hand but Nasir slips the punch.
Tuilagi uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Nasir.

Nasir is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Tuilagi's half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Nasir lands a nice short elbow.
Tuilagi wants to get back to full guard.
Tuilagi is not content to let Nasir control the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Nasir thows an elbow strike that misses. Tuilagi gets hold of full guard and has managed to get a loose guillotine attempt. Nasir doesn't seem too bothered but Tuilagi quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Nasir is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Nasir really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Manu Tuilagi!
