Bear is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

and Bear counters with a nice double leg into side control. Possi won't be happy with that.

Bear tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Bear in side control, throwing shots but Possi defends.
Bear sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Possi is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Bear throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

It looked like Possi wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Bear shoots in looking for a takedown. Possi tries to sprawl out of it but Bear keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Possi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Huuko Possi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Bear.

Bear shoots for a takedown but Possi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Possi blocks a head kick by Bear.

Bear tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Possi defends well and Bear ends up having to push Possi into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Possi uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Bear has time to react.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bear has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Bear might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Possi haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
