PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fredrik Persson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Daaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Persson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Johnny Cash - Rusty cage. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Persson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Daaz as he avoids it easily.

Persson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Daaz sprawls well initially but Persson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
