Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Bushwacker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Dragos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Simon Dragos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dragos shoots in looking for a takedown but Bushwacker manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Dragos's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Bushwacker bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Dragos's head backwards.
Dragos ducks right into an uppercut from Bushwacker.
Bushwacker looks to land a combination. Dragos sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Bushwacker lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Horrible takedown attempt by Dragos or perhaps it was just good defense by Bushwacker, which made it look bad.
Bushwacker was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Dragos gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Dragos is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bushwacker.

Dragos fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bushwacker.

Bushwacker on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Dragos dives in and grabs Bushwacker's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bushwacker pushes down on Dragos's head and hops out.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dragos tries to land a front kick but Bushwacker steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Dragos changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bushwacker tries to avoid it but Dragos manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bushwacker to the ground. Bushwacker escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Dragos shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bushwacker but Bushwacker pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Dragos might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Bushwacker has got the better of the exchanges.

Bushwacker cracks Dragos with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Dragos tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Bushwacker pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Dragos is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
