Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Synyx Dall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Skog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dall's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, In Scarlet Storm. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skog scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Dall connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Skog throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Dan Skog seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dall throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Skog, right into the meat.
Skog throws a leg kick which misses Dall's front leg but catches the back leg as Dall tries to avoid it.
Skog ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dall moves away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

As Skog backs away, Dall returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dall lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Skog has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Skog and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Dall looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Skog scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Dall fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Skog looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Dall fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Skog sprawls well initially but Dall persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Dall in particular looking to stall.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Skog holds on and takes a little breather.

It seemed like Skog was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Dall bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Skog's head backwards.
Skog goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Dall changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Skog pivots, looking for a leg kick but Dall is out of range and Skog settles back down.
Skog tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Skog finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Dall isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Skog stacks Dall on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Skog!

Skog cracks Dall with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Dall lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Skog on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Dall. Dall obviously looking to wear him down.
Skog tests Dall's chin there with a solid looking shot.
A jab lands there for Skog.
Dall shoots in looking for a takedown but Skog manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Dall's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Nice uppercut lands for Dall. That snapped Skog's head back.

That's time! Dall's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Skog throws a head kick but Dall moves out of range.
Skog slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Skog thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Dall if he has to take too many more of those.
Skog throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dall stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Skog bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dall's guard.

Skog is pushing down on Dall's leg trying to pass to half guard. Dall is fighting to maintain full guard but Skog has managed to sneak the leg through.

Well Skog has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
