Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matt Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slenderman Creeper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matt Hughes could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Slenderman Creeper's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Matt Hughes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Slenderman Creeper!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Creeper.
Hughes stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hughes wants it to stay on the feet.
Hughes is looking to counter punch.
Creeper shoots in looking for a takedown. Hughes tries to sprawl out of it but Creeper keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hughes manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Hughes was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Matt Hughes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Slenderman Creeper.
Creeper connects with a solid leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Creeper ducks under a wild hook from Hughes.

Creeper closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Hughes is pressing down on Creeper's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Creeper postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Creeper trying to control but Hughes is working from the bottom.
Creeper controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Hughes keeping full guard, as Creeper tries to pass.

Creeper stands up and waves to Hughes to follow him.
Creeper shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hughes drops down looking for a counter takedown but Creeper sprawls and moves away.
A clash of legs there as Creeper blocks the low kick.
Creeper gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Hughes counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hughes looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Creeper is fending him off so far but Hughes persists. Nope, Creeper circles away and we're back to standing.
Hughes avoids the body shot from Creeper.
Hughes was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hughes keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hughes drops down looking for a counter takedown but Creeper sprawls and moves away.
Creeper tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Hughes defends well and Creeper ends up having to push Hughes into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Hughes appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
No luck for Creeper with that takedown attempt.
Creeper has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Hughes stuffs the takedown attempt from Creeper. Creeper gets slowly back to his feet.
Creeper throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Creeper closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hughes circles away.
Hughes will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Creeper moves in looking to clinch but Hughes pushes him off.
An attempted straight right counter from Hughes misses the target.
Creeper tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hughes sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Creeper somewhat.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Creeper shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hughes ducks under a wild hook from Creeper.
Hughes half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Creeper shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hughes as he jumps to the side.
Hughes throws a hook but Creeper avoids it easily.
Creeper wants to counter with a clinch but Hughes pushes him away.
Creeper swings for the body but Hughes moves out of range.
Hughes is looking to counter punch.
Creeper with a poor takedown
and Hughes cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Creeper fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hughes lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Creeper goes down and covers up as Hughes starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Matt Hughes!
Matt Hughes decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
In defeat, Slenderman Creeper stepped up to the mic, saying 'the judges had it all wrong'.
