Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ambo Balisi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Daath (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Max Daath told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balisi lands a jab-cross combination.
Balisi throws a combination that misses

and Daath moves into the clinch.

Daath manages to pull guard.
Balisi wants to pass the guard but Daath is keeping the position.
Daath is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Daath has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Balisi working to try and regain half guard.
Daath sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Balisi is in all sorts of trouble here.
Balisi tries to improve his position but instead Daath has taken his back!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Daath connects with a big shot to the side of Balisi's head.
Daath lands a shot to the body.

Daath is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Balisi has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Balisi is trying to roll into a better position but Daath has get a rear naked choke and Balisi is forced to tap out! This one is allllll over!
