Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Andrew Sabar!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Chris Saunders and Roger Salmon.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Singh misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Sabar throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sabar swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sabar looks to land a combination. Singh sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Singh looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
A jab lands there for Sabar.
Singh misses with a takedown attempt - Sabar sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Singh shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sabar sprawls well. Sabar wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Singh gets slowly back to his feet.

Singh looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sabar is fending him off so far but Singh persists. Nope, Sabar circles away and we're back to standing.

Sabar is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Singh presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Singh has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Sabar after a bit of a struggle.
Sabar tries to break the clinch but Singh is controlling the position.

Singh jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Sabar walks away with a smile on his face. Singh gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Sabar lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
A left and a right from Sabar both land. Nice combination.
Jayant Singh has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Andrew Sabar is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
