The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up but MMA swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Lee.
Lee will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

MMA drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lee pulls his leg out and moves away.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

MMA is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Lee is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

MMA is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lee gets to his feet and stands over MMA, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! MMA felt that one! Lee unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save MMA from any more punishment!
