The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Adams darts in and clinches Paez up against the cage.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Paez tries to close the distance and clinch but Adams swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Adams feinted with a counter takedown.
