Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Spike Jonez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Montgomery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). George Montgomery is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Jonez escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Montgomery gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Jonez is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Montgomery pulls his head out easily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Montgomery darts in and clinches Jonez up against the cage.

Jonez is fighting off a takedown attempt but Montgomery is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Jonez to the mat. Jonez regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Jonez has his foot on Montgomery's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Montgomery works his way back into a safe position though.

Montgomery drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jonez is on top in guard.
