Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Augustine Zulu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mathew Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Augustine Zulu had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mathew Williams!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Steve Montenegro and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zulu stuns Williams with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Williams throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Zulu sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Zulu stalks Williams and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Williams's face. Williams staggers backwards, shaken.


It looks like Mathew Williams has been cut.

Williams is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Zulu is surviving well by controlling Williams's body position as best he can.

Williams looking to break Zulu's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Zulu remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Williams will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
