The crowd seem to be enjoying Spanky's choice of entrance music: Death is Forming- Jay Reatard. Leonardo Spanky has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leonardo Spanky!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksandr Martynov and Valeri Chadov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spanky throws a right and a left that Lopez avoids nicely.
Spanky takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Lopez avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Spanky misses with an uppercut
and Lopez cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Lopez has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Spanky lands a jab to the nose.
Leonardo Spanky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No joy there for Spanky, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lopez lands a body shot.
The fighters circling - Spanky throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Lopez throws a quick counter kick to the body but Spanky avoids it.
Spanky looks to land a right hand but Lopez moved out of range.
Lopez fires out a quick counter leg kick but Spanky just manages to avoid it.
Lopez moves out of range of the strikes.
Lopez appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Lopez goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Spanky stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Spanky misses with a combination
and Lopez counters with a three punch combo that has Spanky backing up. Spanky nods at Lopez to acknowledge the strikes.
Spanky shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Spanky dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lopez. That did some damage!

and Lopez counters with a good low kick that Spanky was not able to check.

and Lopez counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Lopez misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
It seemed like Spanky was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Lopez showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Spanky.
Spanky throws a jab when Lopez was well out of range.
A counter left hand to the body from Lopez misses its target.
Danga de danga de dang - Lopez scores with a four punch combination!
Lopez scores with a one two! Spanky had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Spanky is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lopez circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Spanky tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Lopez wins by KO!
