Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Seppo Soturi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Mehoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Soturi comes to the cage accompanied by Insomnium - Down With the Sun. Mehoff has chosen Choke Sermon by Lamb of God as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mehoff jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Mehoff gets caught flat footed, as Soturi shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Mehoff looking to control.
Soturi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mehoff on the ground.

Mehoff has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Soturi can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Soturi trying to control but Mehoff is working from the bottom.
Soturi throws a big right hand that misses.

Mehoff is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Mehoff working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Soturi doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Soturi manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Mehoff is trying to keep Soturi in close.

Soturi stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Soturi shoots in but no luck this time.
Soturi dodges the punch combination from Mehoff.
Soturi keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Soturi fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Mehoff sprawls well initially but Soturi persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Soturi tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Soturi drops an elbow to the side of Mehoff's head.
Soturi prevents Mehoff from standing back up.
Soturi thows a huge punch but Mehoff dodges it nicely.
Mehoff keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Soturi is trying to control the action in half guard but Mehoff is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Mehoff is rocked!
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Soturi connects with a nice short shot to Mehoff's temple.
Mehoff is still in real trouble! Can Soturi finish him?
Soturi is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Mehoff is hurt! He's hurt bad - Soturi fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Mehoff from any more punishment! Congratulations to Soturi! Great finish!
