Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tony Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yarp Narp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Narp darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Narp slows the pace down in half guard.
Henderson gets back to full guard.
Narp is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Henderson is trying to control the position from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Henderson shoots in looking for a takedown but Narp manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Henderson 's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

As Narp looks to move away, Henderson throws a big counter combo but Narp just gets out of the way.
Narp keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Narp lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Henderson circles away quickly and effectively.

Henderson manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Narp feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Narp fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Henderson manages to avoid it.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Narp shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Henderson 's guard.

Narp throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Henderson was covering up waiting for the punch and Narp finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Narp takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Narp passes the guard and advances to mount!
Henderson is desperately trying to improve his position but Narp has a good base and remains in mount.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Narp tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

That's time! Henderson 's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Henderson drops down looking for an ankle pick but Narp pulls his leg out and moves away.

As Henderson backs off Narp throws a huge counter combo but Henderson manages to avoid it all.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Henderson wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Narp is now in half guard.

Well Narp has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
