Dog has chosen Beat It as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Crazy Dog has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dog scores with a punch to the head.
Morghulis darts in looking for a takedown but Dog gets double underhooks and turns Morghulis into the cage.
A jab lands there for Dog.
Dog throws a series of strikes that have Morghulis backpedaling.
Dog cracks Morghulis with an open hand slap.
Dog throws a one two combo.
Dog bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Dog's corner calls for a 1-2. Dog obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dog keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
A right-left combo lands from Dog.
Dog has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Morghulis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Dog has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Morghulis is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Dog connects with the punch.
Dog stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dog wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vallar Morghulis. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Morghulis throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Dog's waist but Dog gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Morghulis off to one side.
Dog scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Morghulis takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Dog is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Morghulis had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Dog's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Dog duly obliges.
Dog is working the combinations to good effect here.
Dog paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Dog lands a really nice looking cross but Morghulis seems unphased.
Morghulis shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Dog counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Morghulis needs to keep his hands up - Dog had a free shot at his head there.
Morghulis shoots in looking for a takedown but Dog manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Morghulis's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dog is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Dog lands a nice shot that snaps Morghulis's head back.

Dog is pawing at Morghulis, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Morghulis's nose. Morghulis is badly hurt! Dog pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Morghulis tries desperately to hold on but Dog is relentless in his assault! As Morghulis receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Dog away and this one is in the books!

After winning the bout, Crazy Dog thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
