Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Daniel De Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonny Crazy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel De Souza!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of London, Jonny Crazy!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Souza scores with a punch to the head.
De Souza takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
De Souza closes the distance and clinches up with Crazy, looking for a takedown. De Souza pushes Crazy against the cage but Crazy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
De Souza has his takedown stuffed

so Crazy counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
De Souza can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Crazy controls the pace.

De Souza is looking for a triangle but Crazy pushes his legs off easily.
Crazy looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

De Souza is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Crazy wants to control but De Souza is keeping busy.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Crazy tries to roll over but De Souza keeps him under control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

De Souza got a little sloppy there for a moment and Crazy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, De Souza has managed to get both his arms back between Crazy's legs - danger averted.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
De Souza tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Crazy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

De Souza seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Crazy keeps the fight on the outside.
Crazy moves forwards but De Souza connects with a nice, crisp jab.
De Souza misses with a takedown attempt - Crazy sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
De Souza shoots in for a takedown but Crazy shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Crazy ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

De Souza is trying to trip Crazy. He has hold of a leg but Crazy is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. De Souza persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Crazy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. De Souza doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. De Souza manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

De Souza looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Crazy has picked De Souza up and slammed him! De Souza can't keep hold of the triangle and Crazy manages to pass to side control!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

De Souza shoots in looking for a takedown. Crazy tries to sprawl out of it but De Souza keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Crazy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
