Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jake Obrien (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benjamin Anton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benjamin Anton told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jake Obrien!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Benjamin Anton!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Chris Dean and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anton throws a head kick but Obrien moves out of range.
Obrien staying out of range there.
Anton tests Obrien's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Anton waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Obrien.
Anton throws the left hand but Obrien avoids the punch easily.
Anton looks to land a combination but Obrien avoids it well.
Obrien really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Anton lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Obrien circles away quickly and effectively.
Obrien lands a nice looking kick to the body. Anton takes a step back to recover.
Obrien misses with a takedown attempt - Anton sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Obrien ducks under a wild hook from Anton.
Anton throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Obrien looks for a takedown but Anton sprawls well.
Anton fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Obrien on the side of the head.
Obrien is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Anton tries to bum rush Obrien with a series of wild strikes but Obrien uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Obrien throws a big counter combination but Anton scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Oh Obrien is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Obrien bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Anton comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Obrien falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Obrien was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Benjamin Anton!
Benjamin Anton tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
