The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira throws a head kick that misses.
Oliveira misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Oliveira closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Oliveira lands in his opponent's guard.

Gotovina has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Oliveira is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Oliveira tries to buck Gotovina off but Gotovina is having none of it.

Oliveira is looking to regain half guard here but Gotovina keeps moving and retains side control.
