Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nick Edmund (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedro Carneiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Nick Edmund has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Nick Edmund seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Edmund stuns Carneiro with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

and Edmund counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Carneiro looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Edmund feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Carneiro sprawling to the canvas! Carneiro rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Edmund finish him?!
Carneiro is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Edmund fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Carneiro square on the jaw! Damn, Carneiro is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!

After winning the bout, Nick Edmund thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
