The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker cracks Eliasson with a right hand to the side of the head.
We've been informed that Walker has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Walker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Eliasson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Nice takedown defense from Eliasson. No joy for Walker on that attempt.

It looks like Kit Walker has been cut.
Eliasson throws a right hand that Walker ducks under and follows up with a left that Walker also avoids with ease.
Kit Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Walker scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Eliasson fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
