Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bronco Nagurski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and anthony russell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that anthony russell was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nagurski lands a lovely overhand right.
russell is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
russell takes one on the chin but seems OK.
anthony russell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
russell doesn't manage to clinch there - Nagurski circles away.
russell throws a right hand that Nagurski ducks under and follows up with a left that Nagurski also avoids with ease.
russell misses with a two punch combination.
Nagurski scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

It looks like anthony russell has been cut.

Nagurski drops russell with a left and a right! Oh, russell is hurt - Nagurski dives into side control looking to finish!

Nagurski decides to stand up, so the ref orders russell to his feet.
russell goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
russell shoots for a double leg takedown but Nagurski sprawls well. He's pushed russell's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Nagurski uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from russell.
russell looks gassed!
Nagurski lands a left and a right that sends russell crashing to the canvas! Nagurski dives into mount looking to finish!

Nagurski gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
russell swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Nagurski connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Nagurski dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Nagurski swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by russell.
Nagurski connects with a body shot.
A jab-cross combination lands for Nagurski and sends russell crashing to the mat! Nagurski follows him down to the mat - russell regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Nagurski decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Bronco Nagurski is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Nagurski rushes russell with punches - russell moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, russell goes down! Nagurski follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
