Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Farts Alot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksey Markov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alot comes into the arena with we will rock you blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Markov tries to clinch there but Alot circles away.
Alot throws a sloppy head kick and Markov moves out of range easily.

Markov moves into the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Markov.
Alot is trying to pull guard but Markov turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Alot is looking for a takedown.
Markov misses with some punches.
Markov has Alot pushed against the cage.
Markov is defending well against a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Farts Alot. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Markov lands a left hand that snaps the head of Alot backwards.
Alot goes for a takedown attempt but Markov pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Markov has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Alot is landing a low percentage of strikes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Markov drops Alot with a right and a left! Markov comes rushing in but Alot regains his composure and manages to keep Markov in guard.

Markov trying to control the position from guard on top but Alot is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Markov wanted to stand there but Alot had control of the position.
Alot keeping full guard, as Markov tries to pass.
Markov would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Alot tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Markov wants to stand and escape but instead Alot has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Markov has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Alot is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Alot tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Markov smiles and moves away.

Markov waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Alot. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Alot to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Markov pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Alot is keeping the position for now.
Markov wanted to stand there but Alot had control of the position.

Markov wants to stand and escape but instead Alot has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Markov is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Markov is looking to stand up but Alot isn't so interested in that idea.

Alot drops back looking for a leg! Markov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Markov manages to kick Alot off! Alot jumps back into Markov's guard.

Markov wriggles free and stands up.
Alot fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Markov looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Markov lands a left and a right that sends Alot crashing to the canvas! Markov dives into mount looking to finish!

Farts Alot's cut is getting worse.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Markov trying to control but Alot is having none of it.
Alot is breathing heavily.
Markov might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Alot haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Markov content just to control the position here.
Markov avoids the attempt from Alot to control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Markov stuffs the takedown attempt from Alot. Alot gets slowly back to his feet.
Markov has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Markov lands with a straight right. Alot didn't see that one coming.
Markov connects with a right hand. Alot shakes it off.
We've been told by Alot's head coaches at Netherlands Top Team & KT that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Markov tries to clinch there but Alot circles away.
Markov lands a big right hook! Alot looks hurt but is still standing! Markov lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Alot falls down and Markov dives in with a huge hammer fist! Alot's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Markov runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
