Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rock Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Shaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rock Allen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rock Allen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chris Shaw!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen misses with a series of wild punches.
A little jabbing left from Shaw on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Allen fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Allen fails with a takedown attempt.
Allen shoots in for a takedown but Shaw shows good takedown defense.
Allen closes the distance and clinches up with Shaw, looking for a takedown. Allen pushes Shaw against the cage but Shaw circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Allen shoots in looking for a takedown. Shaw tries to sprawl out of it but Allen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Shaw manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Shaw lands a nice hook to Allen's body. Allen takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Some bone on bone action there as Shaw checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Allen will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Shaw, as that shot connected.
Allen shoots in for a double leg but Shaw sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
